Leafeon was always one of my most favorite Eevee evolutions. This drawing shows it. The body form is practically perfect and shows the true beauty of Leafeon. The dappled sunlight creates a very serene effect on the entire drawing. The shading is excellent and the background looks very detailed. My only slight problem with this is the blur. Other than that, it looks flawless. I especially like the eye shape and shine, making a clear view. You can also see some clouds/treetops in the eye's reflection. Overall, I like this drawing very much. Excellent job.

I think you could work on the lighting a little bit. I mean you are like the master of lighting and shading, WAY better than me, but I see it would look better if the right leg (the one right by it's face) could be slightly darker, same with the base of the tail.
To me the 'light spots' (I dunno what else to call them lol) look a little...lazily drawn. There's probably shouldn't be a speck of light on the paw, as the light doesn't look like it would go that far. The rest of the lighting problems would just be that you should make the difference between light and shadow stronger (more intense shadows, brighter lighting) if you want to achieve that 'effect' of like mood lighting or whatever people call it X'D
